06Questions
Is this a Carfax report?
No. HistoryVinCars reports are our own. They are built from our archive of US auction records and from public US government data (NHTSA, EPA). They do not contain Carfax or AutoCheck data.
Which cars are covered?
Cars, SUVs, pickups and motorcycles that were offered at auto auctions in the United States. For a VIN that is not in our archive we still decode the factory data for free.
What if the report has little data?
Before you pay, the report page shows how many auction records and odometer readings we hold for the VIN. If a paid report cannot be delivered, we refund it in full.
How do I get the report?
Right after payment the report opens on the site, and the link is sent to your e-mail. The link keeps working.
